CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-166 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS <br />FOR TRACT 4779, TWELVE OAKS UNIT 2, GOODRICH- <br />BOATRIGHT ENTERPRISES, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plan for <br />Tract 4779, Twelve Oaks Unit 2, Goodrich-Boatright <br />Enterprises, Inc., have been submitted and checked <br />by the Engineering staff and the necessary inspection <br />fees, bonds and agreements received by the Director <br />of Public Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by the <br /> City Council at their meeting of June 9, 1981. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans for <br /> Tract 4779, Twelve Oaks Unit 2, Goodrich-Boatright <br /> Enterprises, Inc. are hereby approved and accepted and <br /> the appropriate City officers are instructed to take <br /> whatever action necessary to implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to execute <br /> the subdivision agreement for Tract 4779, Twelve Oaks <br /> Unit 2. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 9, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None ~E <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> ~.z-~A~.~--V~/~ ~7~'~ RCER, MAYOR <br />J~a~es R.
