CITY COUNCIL OF TItE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-200 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND II~ROVE}~NT PLANS FOR <br />TRACT 4807, THE FOREST, HARRIS REALTY COMPANY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plan for Tract 4807, <br />The Forest, Harris Reality Company, have been submitted and <br />checked by the Engineering staff and the necessary inspection <br />fees, bonds and agreements received by the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by the City <br /> Council at their meeting of June 23, 1981. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The final subdivision map and improvement plans for <br /> Tract 4807, The Forest, Harris Realty Company are hereby <br /> approved and accepted and the appropriate City officers <br /> are instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br /> implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the appropriate City officers to execute <br /> the subdivision agreement for Tract 4758, The Forest. <br /> <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON JUNE 23, 1981, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br />ABSTAIN: ~_./~ <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> i ~ City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
