CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAmeDA COUNTY, CALIFOP~NIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-199 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FIliaL MAP AND II~ROVE}~NT PLANS FOR <br />TRACT 4718, PHEASANT CROSSING, WASHINGTON <br />DEVELOPI~NT, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plan for <br />Tract 4718, Pheasant Crossing, Warmington Development, <br />Inc. have been submitted and checked by the <br />Engineering staff and the necessary inspection fees, <br />bonds and agreements received by the Director of <br />Public Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by the <br /> City Council at their meeting of June 23, 1981. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Ttt CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans for <br /> Tract 4718, Pheasant Crossing, Warmington Development, <br /> Inc. are hereby approved and accepted and the <br /> appropriate City officers are instructed to take <br /> whatever action necessary to implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to execute <br /> the subdivision agreement for Tract 4718, Pheasant <br /> Crossing, Warmington Development, Inc. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 23, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Kephart, Mohr, Wood and I~ayor Mercer <br /> NETH R.
