CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-198 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE SUNOL BOULEVARD OVERLAY, PROJECT NO. 81-8 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his report <br />dated June 16, 1981, advised the City Council that Plans <br />and Specifications had been completed for the Sunol <br />Boulevard Overlay, Project No. 81-8, and that said plans <br />have been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council at their meeting of June 23, 1981, <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities, dated June 16, 1981, relating to the project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the Plans and Specifications for the <br /> Sunol Boulevard Overlay, Project No. 81-8. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the calling of bids for the above project. <br /> <br />Section 3.
