CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-197 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />SUNOL BOULEVARD BIKE LANE AND AUTHORIZATION TO CALL <br />FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his report <br />dated June 17, 1981, advised the City Council that plans <br />and specifications had been completed for the Sunol Boule- <br />vard Bike Lane and that said plans have been reviewed by <br />staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council at their meeting of June 23, 1981, <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities, dated June 17, 1981, relating to the project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the plans and specifications for the Sunol <br /> Boulevard Bike Lane. <br /> <br />Section 2o Authorizes the calling of bids for the above project. <br /> <br />Section 3.
