CIT~ COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEh~ANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-195 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PAY RELOCATION AND <br />MOVING EXPENSES FOR NARCISA R. GARCIA AND HER <br />DAUGHTER GUADALUPE GARCIA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the County of Alameda Real Estate Division has been <br />acting as the City of Pleasanton agent in acquiring <br />the necessary right-of-way for Peters Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />included in their responsibility is a Right-of-Way <br />Stage Relocation Study which the County prepared in <br />compliance with Federal and State statutory require- <br />ments; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />based on these requirements, the County has determined <br />that Narcisa R. Garcia and her daughter Guadalupe Garcia <br />whose property the City Council accepted April 28, 1981 <br />is entitled to a Claim for Replacement Housing and a <br />Claim for Moving Expenses in the total amount of $4,840; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at their meeting of June 23, 1981, the City Council <br />reviewed a report from the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities indicating that said payment be authorized. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes staff to make payment to Narcisa Garcia <br /> and her daughter Guadalupe Garcia in the amount of <br /> $4,840. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 23, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br />ABSTAIN: None ~R <br />ATTEST: ~,~ <br /> <br />James R.
