Revised 5/26/81 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION OF TERRITORY ANNEXED <br />TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, ANNEX- <br />ATION NO. 81 <br /> <br />All that certain real property situated in the Township of <br />Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the intersection of the general northerly boundary <br />line of that certain territory, commonly known as Annexation No. 27, <br />annexed to the City of Pleasanton by the Pleasanton City Council <br />Ordinance No. 362, a map of which territory was filed July 8, 1963, <br />in Map Book 43 at Page 10-A, Records of Alameda County, California, <br />with the general easterly boundary line of that certain territory <br />annexed to the City of Pleasanton by the Pleasanton City Council, <br />Ordinance No. 581, a map of which territory was filed December 29, <br />]969~ in Map Book 60 at Page 52~ Records of Alameda County r <br />California, said point of beginning being also a point on the <br />southerly right-of-way line of County Road No. 2065, commonly known <br />as Vineyard Avenue, 50 feet in width; thence northerly along said <br />general easterly boundary line to an intersection thereof with <br />the northerly line of the land described as Parcel Two in that <br />Individual Grant Deed to Hacienda Mobile Home Park, a limited <br />partnership recorded June 5, 1979, Recorder's Series No. 79-107635, <br /> <br /> <br />
