CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-192 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SECOND YEAR HOUSING REHABILITATION <br />PROGRAM CONTRACT <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />the City's Housing Rehabilitation Program is a joint <br />effort among Pleasanton, Livermore and Alameda County <br />and is completely funded by the Federal Housing and <br />Community Development Block Grant Program; and <br /> <br />~EREAS <br /> <br />the City proposes the following budget for fiscal year <br />1981-82: <br /> Loan Funds $64,783.00 <br /> Administration 25,217.00 <br /> Total $90,000.00 <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City anticipates that the total budget will be <br /> expended next fiscal year. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Second Year (1981-82) Housing Rehabilitation <br /> Program Contract. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate city official to execute <br /> the contract. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON JUNE 9, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br /> <br /> s R.
