~4I, its successors in interest or assigns, from submitting plans <br />and development proposals for the Property to Pleasanton, <br />including, but not limited to, the submission of precise plans, <br />subdivision maps and building permit applications during the <br />period in which the issuance of building permits is forbidden <br />by this agreement or at any other time. <br /> <br /> 3. It is mutually understood and agreed that the <br />effect of this agreement is to extend until August 3, 1985, <br />the time within which building permits can be obtained for <br />the Property by TMI, its successors in interest or assigns, <br />without the expiration of all or any portion of the 234 Sewer <br />Permits. <br /> <br /> 4.
