CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-189 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE CLAIM OF ALAN GROSSMAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton, on April 24, 1981, received a <br /> claim filed on behalf of Alan Grossman for injuries <br /> and property damaged allegedly incurred in an accident <br /> on January 23,1981; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on June 9, 1981, the City Council reviewed the claim <br /> and determined that it should be denied. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIm CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The claim presented on April 24, 1981, against the <br /> City of Pleasanton on behalf of Alan Grossman for <br /> injuries and property damage allegedly incurred in an <br /> accident on January 23, 1981, is hereby denied. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON JUNE 9, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />J <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> ine, City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
