Recommendation No. 22. Change all multi-family <br />residentially zoned property in the area between <br />Pleasanton Avenue, Rose Avenue, Fair Street, and <br />Division Street from "Medium Density Residential" <br />to "High Density Residential." <br /> <br />b. Denies the following changes: <br /> <br />Recommendation No. 1: Denies the change of the <br />northernmost 20 acres of the 91+ acre site located <br />between 1-680 and Stoneridge Marl Road from "High <br />Density Residential" to "Commercial and Offices;" <br />a comprehensive change to the entire 91+ acre site <br />was made as indicated in Section 3 of t[is resolution. <br /> <br />Recommendation No. 2: Denies moving the park presently <br />shown at the northwest quadrant of the intersection of <br />Stoneridge Drive and 1-680 to the middle of the 88 <br />acre "High Density" site mentioned in Recommendation <br />No. 1 and reduce it in size to five acres, making the <br />entire 10 acre park site "High Density Residential;" <br />a comprehensive change to the entire site was made <br />as indicated in Section 3 of this resolution. <br /> <br />Recommendation No. 3: Denies the change to the K-6 <br />school site from "Public and Institutional (School)" <br />to "High Density Residential;" a comprehensive change <br />to the entire site was made as indicated in Section <br />3 of this resolution. <br /> <br />Recommendation No. 4: Denies changing the San Francisco <br />Water Department property located between Bernal Avenue, <br />1-680 and the Western Pacific railroad tracks from <br />"Agriculture and Grazing or Industrial" to "Agriculture <br />and Grazing," subject to the staff of the San Francisco <br />Water Department supporting restrictions on growing of <br />garlic, onions, and shallots, and working with the <br />City on any master plan for development of the property. <br /> <br />Recommendation No. 10: Denies changing the eastern- <br />most 1.6 acres of the TAM Investment Company property <br />located at the northeast corner of Hopyard Road and <br />Valley Avenue from "Public and Institutional" to <br />"Commercial and Offices." <br /> <br />Recommendation No. 14: Denies placing a 2-1/2 acre <br />park in the 27-1/2 acre site bounded by Bernal Avenue <br />extension, Sunol Boulevard, the City's CorDoration <br />Yard, and the Western Pacific railroad right-of-way <br />which was changed to "High Density Residential." <br /> <br /> <br />
