CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASA~ON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 81-182 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ENVIRONME!~fAL IMPACT REPORT PREPARED AND FILED FOR CASE GP-80-8, A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton provided proper public notice of completion of the Draft Environ- mental Impact Report for the proposed resolution; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton met on June 9, 1981 and held a public hearing upon the Draft Environmental Impact Report; and WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has accepted and responded to comments to the Draft Environmental Impact Report from public agencies having jurisdiction by law, persons having special expertise with respect to any environ- mental impact involved, and other persons or organizations having an interest in the proposed resolution; and the Final Environmental Impact Report has been prepared and contains the Draft Environmental Impact Report, comments and recommendations received on the Draft Environmental Impact Report, and the responses of the City of Pleasanton to significant environmental points raised in the review and consultation process; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton provided proper public notice of completion of the Final Environmental Impact Report for the proposed resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Council finds, after having reviewed and considered the material in the Environmental Impact Report, that the Environmental Impact Report prepared is complete, sufficient and acceptable for the project proposed. Section 2: Council finds that the Environmental Impact Report for the proposed ordinance has been completed in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act, and state and city guidelines. Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
