CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASA~ON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-182 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ENVIRONME!~fAL IMPACT <br />REPORT PREPARED AND FILED FOR CASE GP-80-8, <br />A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Pleasanton provided <br />proper public notice of completion of the Draft Environ- <br />mental Impact Report for the proposed resolution; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Pleasanton met on <br />June 9, 1981 and held a public hearing upon the Draft <br />Environmental Impact Report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton has accepted and responded to <br />comments to the Draft Environmental Impact Report from <br />public agencies having jurisdiction by law, persons <br />having special expertise with respect to any environ- <br />mental impact involved, and other persons or organizations <br />having an interest in the proposed resolution; and <br /> <br />the Final Environmental Impact Report has been prepared <br />and contains the Draft Environmental Impact Report, <br />comments and recommendations received on the Draft <br />Environmental Impact Report, and the responses of the <br />City of Pleasanton to significant environmental points <br />raised in the review and consultation process; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Pleasanton provided <br />proper public notice of completion of the Final <br />Environmental Impact Report for the proposed resolution. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: Council finds, after having reviewed and considered <br />the material in the Environmental Impact Report, that <br />the Environmental Impact Report prepared is complete, <br />sufficient and acceptable for the project proposed. <br /> <br />Section 2: Council finds that the Environmental Impact Report <br /> for the proposed ordinance has been completed in <br /> compliance with the California Environmental Quality <br /> Act, and state and city guidelines. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
