CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALA~4EDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-218B <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CAPITAL IMPROV~NT <br />PROGP~M FOR 1981-82 <br /> <br />WI~REAS, the City Manager presented to the City Council a Proposed <br /> Capital Improvement Program for fiscal year 1981-82; and <br /> <br />WIIEREAS, <br /> <br />a meeting was held on June 22, 1981 where the Proposed <br />Capital Improvement Program was reviewed and a public <br />hearing was held to afford the public the opportunity <br />to speak; and <br /> <br />after review and discussion in the public hearing, <br />Council approved certain changes in the Capital Improve- <br />ment Program as set forth in a report to the City Council <br />reviewed by them at their meeting on July 14, 1981. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVEAS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves and adopts the Capital Improvement Program <br /> for 1981-82, including the changes set forth in the <br /> report of the City Manager dated June 29, 1981, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and <br /> incorporated by this reference herein. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Pico Avenue extension is to be included in the <br /> 1981-82 Capital Improvement Program, with funds to be <br /> advanced from the General Fund Reserves to be repaid <br /> from Gas Tax Funds to be collected in later years. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />TItIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON JULY 14, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />By Doris <br /> <br /> 4f~~~~,~ercer <br /> ' , , ' <br />Councilmembers Butler, Kephart <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br /> Y <br /> R. }~ERCER, MA OR <br />Walke~C~lerk ~ <br />George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> <br />
