CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-217 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEED FRO~{ MORRISON HOMES FOR <br />A 10 FT. PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT FOR LANDSCAPE <br />IRRIGATION LINE <br /> <br />WttEREAS, <br /> <br />part of the improvement plan for Tract 3344, Heritage <br />Valley Unit 2, Phase Ill, calls for complete landscaping <br />of parcels 5 and 6; and <br /> <br />~{EREAS, <br /> <br />a ten foot wide public service easement along parcels <br />2 and 3 is required for the installation of an irrigation <br />line; and <br /> <br />~{EREAS, <br /> <br />at their meeting of July 14, 1981, Council received <br />a report from the Director of Public Works and Utilities <br />indicating that the acceptance of this easement is in <br />the public interest. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIm CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Accepts the Grant Deed from the Morrison Homes Corpora- <br /> tion to the City of Pleasanton dated June 12, 1981 <br /> for a ten-foot public service easement. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to execute a Certificate <br /> of Acceptance of Real Property. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON JULY 14, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FOKM: <br />It~ev~i~e~ttorney <br /> <br /> <br />
