CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-216 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A~DMENT TO SUBDIVISION <br />AGREEMENT FOR TRACT 4326, VALLEY BUSINESS PARK, <br />SENTE ASSOCIATES FOUR, SENTE ASSOCIATES SEVEN <br />BURNS-CHAi~BER ONE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, improvement plans for the off-site storm drainage line <br /> for Tract 4326 have been revised; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />it is the developer's intention to construct the off-site <br />improvements prior to the in-tract improvements and <br />in order to accomplish this, it is necessary for Council <br />to approve the revised improvement plans and the amendment <br />to the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 4326; and <br /> <br />W]{EREAS, <br /> <br />Council reviewed a report dated July 7, 1981 from the <br />Director of Public Works and Utilities along with the <br />Amendment to Subdivision Agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, Tt~REFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the revised improvement plans and the <br /> Amendment to the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 4326. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate city officials to execute <br /> the Amendment to the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 4326. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />TttIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 14, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> A~ameE : ~tZY R.
