CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-215 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE ANNEXATION OF ANNEXATION <br />NO. 80, (EVANS) <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />b Resolution No. 80-312, the City Council of the City of <br />P{easanton made application to the <br /> Local <br /> Agency Formation <br />Commission of Alameda County (LAFCO) requesting initiation <br />of proceedings to annex that certain uninhabited territory <br />designated as Annexation No. 80, Evans Property which <br />territory is more specifically described in Exhibit A, <br />attached hereto, and incorporated herein by reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS all landowners in said territory have consented to such <br /> annexation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />LAFCO found that the City of Pleasanton has completed all <br />applicable environmental reviews and that the annexation <br />to the City of Pleasanton is required to obtain the full <br />range of municipal services necessary for the development <br />of privately owned property within the boundaries of said <br />territory; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />on the basis of such findings and by Resolution No. 81-5, <br />LAFCO conditionally approved said application on February <br />19, 1981 and, upon satisfaction of said conditions, author- <br />ized the City to proceed with the annexation of said terri- <br />tory without notice, hearing or election. A copy of said <br />resolution setting forth the conditions of approval is on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk and is hereby referred <br />to for further particulars; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the conditions imposed by the aforesaid LAFCO Resolution <br /> No. 81-5 have been fully satisfied, or will be satisfied. <br /> <br />NOW, TI~REFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Orders the annexation of that certain territory designated <br /> as Annexation No. 80, Evans property. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON JULY 14, 1981, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: i~one <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Kephart, Mohr, Wood and IIayor <br /> <br />III <br /> <br /> <br />
