RESOLUTION NO. 81-212 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING SURPLUS IN IMPROVEMENT FUND <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1974-5, STONERIDGE CENTER <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> On April 22, 1974, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, adopted its Resolution of Intention for <br />public improvements in Assessment District No. 1974-5, Stoneridge <br />Center, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, as later <br />amended. <br /> <br /> Said Resolution of Intention, as later amended, provided <br />that any surplus in the improvement fund for said assessment, after <br />completion of the improvements and payment of all claims from the <br />improvement fund, would be applied in accordance with Section 10427.1 <br />of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California. <br /> <br /> Said improvements have been completed and all claims upon <br />the improvement fund have been paid. <br /> <br /> 1. That a balance of $284,299.86 remains in the improve- <br /> <br />ment fund for Assessment District No. 1974-5, Stoneridge Center, <br />City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, and that said amount <br />is surplus, as set forth in the Engineer's Final Schedule of Costs <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A, and by reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 2. That the amount of $284,299.86 shall be applied as a <br /> <br />credit upon the assessments levied in Assessment District No. 1974-5, <br />in the manner provided in Section 10427.1 of the Streets and High- <br />ways Code. <br /> <br /> 3. The amount of credit to each assessment is <br /> <br />in Exhibit B attached heretO. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br />set forth <br /> <br /> <br />
