RESOLUTION NO. 81-211 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CLOSING IMPROVEMENT FUND <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1974-3, STONERIDGE CENTER <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> On April 22, 1974, the City Council of the City of Pleasan- <br />ton, Alameda County, California, adopted its Resolution of Intention <br />for public improvements in Assessment District No. 1974-3, Stoneridge <br />Center, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, as later <br />amended. <br /> <br /> Said improvements have been completed and all claims upon <br />the improvement fund have been paid. <br /> <br /> No balance remains in the improvement fund for Assessment <br />District No. 1974-3, Stoneridge Center, as shownin the Engi.neer's <br />Final Schedule of Costs attached hereto as Exhibit A, and by reference <br />incorporated herein. Therefore, said fund is now declared to be <br />closed. <br /> <br /> The City Clerk is directed to provide a certified copy of <br />this resolution to the City Finance Office. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly <br /> <br />and regularly adopted. by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on <br /> 14th day of July , 1981, by the following vote, <br /> <br />the <br />to wit: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBERS <br />COUNCILMEMBERS <br />COUNCILMEMBERS <br /> <br />Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> JAMES R.
