}IEMORAiqDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br /> <br /> The Pleasanton Firefighters International Association <br />of Fire Fighters, Local 1974, AFL-CIO-CLC, and representatives of <br />the City of Pleasanton, have met and conferred in good faith · <br />regarding wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employ- <br />ment of employees in the representation unit specified in Section <br />1, have exchanged freely information, opinions and proposals and <br />have endeavored to reach agreement on all matters relating to the <br />~mploymen~ conditions and employer-employee relations of such <br />e~oloyees. <br /> <br /> This Memorandum of Understanding is entered into pursuant <br />to the I,~eyers~14itias-Brown Act (Government Code Section 3500, et seq.) <br />and has been jointly prepared by the parties. <br /> <br /> This Memorandum of Understanding shall be presented to <br />the City Council as the joint recommendationsof the Undersigned <br />fo~ ~alary and employee benefit adjustments for the period com- <br />mencing April 1, 1981 and ending June 30,_1982. <br /> <br /> <br />
