CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 81-206 RESOLUTION APPROVING MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLAP~TION FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR CASE PUD-80-12, A HILLSIDE PLANNED DEVELOP1~i]T ON THE WEST SIDE OF FOOTHILL ROAD, CASTLEWOOD PROPERTIES, INC. krHEREAS, at its meeting of June 23, 1981, the City Council received a proposed mitigated negative declaration for development plan approval for a Hillside Planned Development for the approximately 48-acre site located on the west side of FoothillRoad approximately 300 feet north of its inter- section with Bernal Avenue; and I,~{EREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated December 2, 1980 and received the recommenda- tions of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WttEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of mitigated negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated that there may be significant impacts upon the environment, but that conditions of approval would render these potential impacts insignificant. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIM CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the development plan approval for a Hillside Planned Develop- ment for the approximately 48-acre site located on the west side of Foothill Road approximately 300 feet north of its intersection with Bernal Avenue, subject to mitigating conditions numbered 7-14, 16, 22-24, 26-28, 31-33, 37-39, 41, 44, 46, 47, 53, 55 and 74 listed on Exhibit A attached to Ordinance No. 982 and by this reference incorporated herein.
