CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-206 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLAP~TION <br />FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR CASE PUD-80-12, A HILLSIDE <br />PLANNED DEVELOP1~i]T ON THE WEST SIDE OF FOOTHILL <br />ROAD, CASTLEWOOD PROPERTIES, INC. <br /> <br />krHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of June 23, 1981, the City Council received <br />a proposed mitigated negative declaration for development <br />plan approval for a Hillside Planned Development for the <br />approximately 48-acre site located on the west side of <br />FoothillRoad approximately 300 feet north of its inter- <br />section with Bernal Avenue; and <br /> <br />I,~{EREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br />Study dated December 2, 1980 and received the recommenda- <br />tions of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; <br />and <br /> <br />WttEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br />accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of mitigated negative declarations <br />and environmental impact reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated <br />that there may be significant impacts upon the environment, <br />but that conditions of approval would render these potential <br />impacts insignificant. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIM CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the <br /> development plan approval for a Hillside Planned Develop- <br /> ment for the approximately 48-acre site located on the <br /> west side of Foothill Road approximately 300 feet north <br /> of its intersection with Bernal Avenue, subject to <br /> mitigating conditions numbered 7-14, 16, 22-24, 26-28, <br /> 31-33, 37-39, 41, 44, 46, 47, 53, 55 and 74 listed on <br /> Exhibit A attached to Ordinance No. 982 and by this <br /> reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> <br />
