CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAI~DA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 81-205 RESOLUTION APPROVING MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR DEVELOPI~NT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A FOUR-STORY, 150,000 SQ. FT. OFFICE BUILDING ON A 13.8 ACRE SITE ON T~ SOUTH SIDE OF DUBLIN CANYON ROAD APPROXI~4ATELY 800 FEET WEST OF ITS INTERSECTION WITH FOOTHILL ROAD WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 23, 1981, the City Council received a proposed mitigated negative declaration for development plan approval for a four-story, 150,000 square foot office building proposed to be constructed on the 13.8 acre site located on ~he south side of Dublin Canyon Road approximately 800 feet west of its' intersection with Foothill Road; and ~ WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated May 12, 1981an~ received the recommendations of the Staff and Planning Commission; and WIIEPdZAS , a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WI~REAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of mitigated negative declara- tions and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated that there may be significant impacts upon the environment, but that conditions of approval would render these potential impacts insignificant. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTOiI RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the development plan approval for a four-story, 150,000 sq. ft. office building on a 13.8 acre site located on the south side of Dublin Canyon Road approximately 800 feet west of its intersection with Foothill Road, subject to mitigating conditions numbered 48 through 57 as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached to Ordinance No. 981 and incorporated herein by reference.
