CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAI~DA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-205 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR DEVELOPI~NT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A FOUR-STORY, <br />150,000 SQ. FT. OFFICE BUILDING ON A 13.8 ACRE SITE <br />ON T~ SOUTH SIDE OF DUBLIN CANYON ROAD APPROXI~4ATELY <br />800 FEET WEST OF ITS INTERSECTION WITH FOOTHILL ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of June 23, 1981, the City Council received <br />a proposed mitigated negative declaration for development <br />plan approval for a four-story, 150,000 square foot office <br />building proposed to be constructed on the 13.8 acre <br />site located on ~he south side of Dublin Canyon Road <br />approximately 800 feet west of its' intersection with <br />Foothill Road; and ~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br />Study dated May 12, 1981an~ received the recommendations <br />of the Staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WIIEPdZAS , <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; <br />and <br /> <br />WI~REAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br />accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of mitigated negative declara- <br />tions and environmental impact reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated <br />that there may be significant impacts upon the environment, <br />but that conditions of approval would render these <br />potential impacts insignificant. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTOiI RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the <br /> development plan approval for a four-story, 150,000 sq. ft. <br /> office building on a 13.8 acre site located on the south <br /> side of Dublin Canyon Road approximately 800 feet west <br /> of its intersection with Foothill Road, subject to <br /> mitigating conditions numbered 48 through 57 as set forth <br /> in Exhibit "A" attached to Ordinance No. 981 and incorporated <br /> herein by reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
