CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-201 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF ELECTROLIERS AT CREEKS BEND (TRACT 3359) <br />AND VINTAGE HILLS (TRACT 4119), PROJECT 81-3, AND <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL PROGRESS PA~NT TO STEINY AND <br />COivfPANY, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />work by Steiny and Company, Inc. on the installation <br />of nine electroliers at Creeks Bend (Tract 3359) and <br />one electrolier at Vintage ttills (Tract 4119) has been <br />satisfactorily completed; and <br /> <br />~{EREAS, it is appropriate to authorize the final progress payment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF TttE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The installation of nine electroliers at Creeks Bend <br /> (Tract 3359) and one electrolier at Vintage Hills (Tract <br /> 4119) is hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Director of Finance is instructed to prepare a <br /> warrant in the amount of $9,550.80 in favor of Steiny <br /> and Company in satisfaction of the final progress <br /> payment for the above accepted work on PrOject No. 81-3. <br /> Ten percent (10%) of the total contract ($1,061.20) <br /> will be retained until thirty (30) days after filing of <br /> the Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: The City Attorney is directed to file a Notice of <br /> Completion with the Alameda County Recorder. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON JUNE 23, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br />am ~ , .
