CITY COUNCIL OF TItE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 81-240 RESOLUTION APPROVING MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR DEVELOPmeNT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A TWO-STORY, 48,000 SQ. FT. OFFICE BUILDING AT THE SOUTttEAST CORNER OF STONERIDGE DRIVE AND FOOTtllLL ROAD ~REAS, at its meeting of July 28,1981, the City Council received a proposed mitigated negative declaration for development plan approval for a two-story, 48,009 sq. ft. office building proposed to be constructed at the southeast corner of Stoneridge Drive and Foothill Road; and WtIEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated July 1, 1981 and received the recommendations of the Staff and Planning Commission; and I~tEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and ~tEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of mitigated negative declara- tions and environmental impact reports; and ~IEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated that there may be significant impacts upon the environ- ment, but that conditions of approval would render these potential impacts insignificant. NOW, TtEREFORE, TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF PLEASANTOil RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the development plan approval for a two-story, 48,090 sq. ft. office building proposed to be constructed at the south- east corner of Stoneridge Drive and Foothill Road, subject to mitigating conditions number 32, 33 and 34 as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached to Ordinance No. 986 and incorporated herein by reference. Section 2: Council finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study, and the testimony and documentary evidence presented at the public hearing that there may be significant impacts on the environment, but that conditions listed in Section 1 as mitigations render these potential impacts insignificant.
