CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />AI~iEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION N0.81-237 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A SEWER FACILITIES AND <br />PREANNEXATION AGREEP~ENT WITH EDWAPd) AND .?iARY <br />JOitl]SON REGARDING PROPERTY AT 327 LINDEN WAY <br /> <br />I'~IEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of July 28, 1981, the City Council <br />received a report from the Director of Public Works <br />and Utilities, dated July 21, 1981, regarding the <br />necessity of a sewer connection and preannexation <br />agreement with Edward and Mary Johnson for their <br />property at 327 Linden Way; and <br /> <br />~REAS, all necessary fees applicable to this preannexation <br /> agreement have been received. <br /> <br />NOW, TItEREFORE, TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Sewer Facilities and Preannexation <br /> Agreement with Edward and Mary Johnson regarding their <br /> property at 327 Linden Way. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate city officials to execute <br /> the above agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />TIIIS PdZSOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 28, 1981 BY TtlE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Kephart <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTE ST: ~P,~E~ <br />James R.
