CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAI~EDA COUntY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-234 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION INITIATING PREZONING OF FOUR SEPARATE <br />PARCELS BEING ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />UNDER ANNEXATION NUMBERS 86, 87, 88 and 89 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Pleasanton has directed <br />the City staff to prepare a formal resolution requesting <br />annexation and annexation application to LAFCO as filed <br />under Annexation Numbers 86, 87, 88 and 89; and <br /> <br />~¢HEREAS, <br /> <br />it is desirable to prezone properties coming into the <br />city limits to a zoning district consistent with the <br />General Plan so that said properties will not automatically <br />be put into an "S" (Study) District when they are annexed. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That applications for prezoning to any zoning district <br /> consistent with the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton <br /> are hereby initiated for the following properties: <br /> <br />Annexation No. 86 <br />16,000 sq. ft., more or less, adjacent to the <br />city limits on the southeast corner of Sunol <br />Boulevard and Happy Valley Road <br /> <br />Annexation No. 87 <br />57 acres bounded by Mohr Avenue, <br />and Trenery Drive <br /> <br />Oakland Avenue, <br /> <br />Annexation No. 88 <br />20 acres adjacent to Hacienda Mobile Home Park <br />on Vineyard Avenue <br /> <br />Annexation No. 89 <br />Approximately 231.46+ acres located near Pleasanton <br />Ridge west of FoothiY1 Road <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 28, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
