CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-225 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PAY RELOCATION AND <br />MOVING EXPENSES FOR CLAY A. MUSA AND SHEILA <br />WATKINS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the County of Alameda Real Estate Division has been <br />acting as the City of Pleasanton agent in acquiring <br />the necessary right-of-way for Peters Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />included in their responsibility is a Right-of-way <br />Stage Relocation Study which the County prepared in <br />compliance with Federal and State statutory require- <br />ments; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />based on these requirements, the County has determined <br />that Clay A. Musa and Sheila Watkins, who were tenants <br />in the Vukota house which the City Council accepted <br />June 30, 1981, are entitled to a Claim for Replacement <br />Housing and a Claim for Moving Expenses in the total <br />amount of $4,500; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at their meeting of July 28, 1981, the City Council <br />reviewed a report from the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities indicating that said payment be authorized. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes staff to make payment to Clay A.
