CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-224 <br /> <br />APPROVING CLAII{S FOR THE ~DNTH OF JUNE, 1981 <br />IN THE ~tOUNT OF $1,016,636.80 <br /> <br />~tEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of July 28, 1981, a check <br />register and Financial Report were presented to the <br />City Council signifying expenditures for the month of <br />June, 1981; and <br /> <br />~IEREAS, <br /> <br />the claims contained therein were for approved functions <br />of the City of Pleasanton which are necessary and proper <br />expenses of the City. <br /> <br />NOW, TttEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Claims represented by Checks Nos. 032536-033002, <br /> 340, 761-762 and 159-167 dated from June 4, 1981 <br /> to June 29, 1981 in the total amount of $1,016,636.80 <br /> are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial Report dated June 30,1981 has been <br /> reviewed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 28, 1981 BY TIlE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember - Kephart~~.~.D.~.~~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> RCER, MAYOR <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPP, OVED AS TO FOR=M: <br /> <br /> ne, City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
