CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTOIl <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-260 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION INITIATING PREZONING OF PARCEL BEING <br />ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON U~DER ANNE~ATION <br />NO. 90 - CRELLIN ROAD <br /> <br />WtlEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Pleasanton has directed <br />the City staff to prepare a formal resolution requesting <br />annexation and annexation application to LAFCO as filed <br />under Annexation No. 90; and <br /> <br />WI~EREAS, <br /> <br />it is desirable to prezone properties coming into the <br />city limits to a zoning district consistent with the <br />General Plan so that said properties will not automatically <br />be put into an "S" (Study) District when they are annexed. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, TIM CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That application for prezoning to any zoning district <br /> consistent with the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton <br /> is hereby initiated for the following property: <br /> <br />Annexation No. 90 <br /> <br />Approximately 83 acres adjacent to the easterly <br />city limit located between Crellin Road and Vineyard <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON AUGUST 11, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, t{ohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ' <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> , y Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
