CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-257 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL ~iAP AND I}~ROVEMENT PLANS FOR <br />TRACT 4889, VALLEY BUSINESS PARK, SENTE ASSOCIATES <br />SEVEN, SENTE ASSOCIATES FOUR, AND BURNS-CttAMBERS ONE <br /> <br />I'alEREAS, <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plan for <br />Tract 4889, Valley Business Park, Sente Associates <br />Seven, Sente Associates Four, and Burns-Chambers One, <br />have been submitted and checked by the Engineering <br />staff and the necessary inspection fees, bonds and <br />agreements received by the Director of Public Works <br />and Utilities; and <br /> <br />~{EREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by the <br /> City Council at its meeting of August 11, 1981; and <br /> <br />Tract 4889 is a re-subdivision of Tract <br />was approved by the Council on March 10, <br />Resolution No. 81-61. <br /> <br />4326, which <br />1981 by <br /> <br />NOW, TttEREFORE, THE 'CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTOil RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans for <br /> Tract 4889, Valley Business Park, Sente Associates <br /> Seven, Sente Associates Four and Burns-Chambers One, <br /> are hereby approved and accepted and the appropriate <br /> city officers are instructed to take whatever action <br /> necessary to implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate city officers to execute <br /> the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 4889, Valley Business <br /> Park with Sente Associates Seven, Sente Associates Four <br /> and Burns-Chambers Once. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 11, 1981 BY~qE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br />~~a ~ . .
