CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORI~IA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-256 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF D~ROVE~NT PLANS AiD SUBDIVISION <br />AGREEMENT FOR TRACT 3150, STOr~RIDGE TOWNHOUSES, <br />PHASE III, INCLUDING GOLD CREEK RENOVATION <br />(STONESON DEVELOPmeNT CORPORATION) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />improvement plans and a Subdivision Agreement for <br />Tract 3150, Stoneridge Townhouses, Phase III, <br />including the Gold Creek renovation, have been <br />submitted and checked by the Engineering staff <br />and the necessary inspection fees, bonds and <br />agreements have been received by the Director of <br />Public Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />said improvement plans <br />by the City Council at <br />1981. <br /> <br />and agreement were reviewed <br />their meeting of August 11, <br /> <br />NOW, TtIREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The improvement plans for Tract 3150, Stoneridge <br /> Townhouses, Phase III, including Gold Creek renovation, <br /> are hereby approved and accepted and the appropriate <br /> city officers are instructed to take whatever action <br /> necessary to implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate city officers to execute <br /> the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 3150, Stoneridge <br /> Townhouses, Phase III, including Gold Creek renovation, <br /> Stoneson Development Corporation. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 11, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> }iAYOR <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk [a~~n <br /> City Attorney <br /> <br />Councilmembers Butler, <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
